Return and Refund Policy
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Return Process:
1. Contact our customer service team at hello@planet-you.com to initiate a return.
2. Once your return is approved, you will receive two forms a). return mailing label, b), return authorization slip, and instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Ship the item back to us using the provided return label.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
