Returns / الإرجاع

Due to the nature of supplements, we do not accept returns on opened products unless faulty or damaged.

Unopened items may be returned within [7–14] days of delivery, provided they are in original condition.

نظرًا لطبيعة المكملات الغذائية، لا نقبل إرجاع المنتجات المفتوحة إلا إذا كانت تالفة أو معيبة.

يمكن إرجاع المنتجات غير المفتوحة خلال [7–14] يومًا من تاريخ التسليم بشرط أن تكون في حالتها الأصلية.

Refunds / المبالغ المستردة

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [7–10] business days after approval.

Damaged or Faulty Items / المنتجات التالفة أو المعيبة

If your item arrives damaged, please contact Planet You @ hello@planet-you.com within 48 hours with:

• Photos of the damage
  
  

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations / الإلغاء

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, standard return conditions apply.
